Low Bed Trailer

Our container and skeletal trailers are designed for safe, efficient, and reliable transportation of 20 ft and 40 ft shipping containers. Available in 24 ft, 40 ft, or customized sizes as per customer requirements, these trailers are built with a strong company-fabricated ladder-type chassis using high-strength BSK46 steel and IS2062 formed beam construction. The chassis structure is designed to provide excellent load-bearing capacity, torsional stability, and structural rigidity while maintaining optimized unladen weight.

The trailer is equipped with 12 twist locks to securely carry 1 x 40 ft container, 2 x 20 ft containers, or 1 x 20 ft container positioned at the middle. For dependable road performance, the trailer can be fitted with 12T, 14T, or 16T axles, heavy-duty tandem/tridem suspension, two-speed landing legs, and a 2” king pin equivalent to IS:6763 Part I. The twin-line air brake system is coupled with the tractor brake system, with T24 brake chambers provided on all axles and a manually operated parking brake for added safety.

The trailer includes a 24V DC electrical system as per CMVR norms and required safety fitments such as SUPD, RUPD, and side and rear reflectors. The surface is shot blasted and cleaned before painting, followed by primer and two coats of epoxy paint for long-lasting corrosion protection. On demand, the trailer can also be supplied with ABS/EBS braking system from Wabco, Haldex, or Knorr Bremse, along with radial tyres, tubeless tyres, and disc wheels as per customer application requirements.
