Tipper Body

Our tipper trailers are designed for heavy-duty bulk material transportation with strong construction, reliable hydraulics, and long service life. Available in Domex, Shelma, Corrugated, or other body options, these trailers can be manufactured in 25, 28, 30, 32, 36, and 40 cubic meter capacity, or customized as per application requirements. The trailer is built on a company-fabricated ladder-type chassis using high-strength steel and IS2062 formed beam construction, providing excellent load-bearing capacity, torsional stability, and structural rigidity with optimized unladen weight.

The tipping body is constructed with reinforced IS2062 sheets and strengthened body runners, with side panels, rear door panels, and headboard designed for durability in demanding applications. The hydraulic system can be supplied with HYVA or HIDROMAS cylinders and includes a 4/5 stage tipping cylinder, tipping valve, PTO air control valve, oil tank with breather, return line filter, hydraulic pump, hoses, fittings, body clamp, and quality hydraulic oil for smooth and reliable tipping operation. These trailers are suitable for carrying loose material, coal, clinker, aggregates, iron ore, salt, cement bags, marble, coils, and other industrial materials.

For dependable road performance, the trailer can be fitted with 12T, 14T, or 16T axles, heavy-duty tandem/tridem suspension, two-speed landing legs, 2” king pin, twin-line air brake system, parking brake, and 24V DC electrical system as per CMVR norms. Safety fitments such as SUPD, RUPD, side and rear reflectors are provided as required. The surface is shot blasted and finished with primer and two coats of epoxy paint for corrosion protection. Optional features such as ABS/EBS braking system, radial tyres, tubeless tyres, and disc wheels can also be provided on demand.
