Side Wall Trailer

Our flatbed trailers are engineered for strength, durability, and reliable performance in heavy-duty transport applications. Available in 30 ft, 32 ft, 34 ft, 36 ft, 40 ft, or customized sizes as per customer requirements, these trailers are designed with a high-strength fabricated ladder-type chassis using IS2062/ST-52 steel sections for excellent load-bearing capacity, torsional stability, and structural rigidity. The platform is built with heavy-duty ISMB/ISMC members and covered with 4 mm MS sheet, making it suitable for carrying cement bags, marble, coils, coal, clinker, aggregates, iron ore, salt, loose materials, containers, and other industrial loads. The trailer can be equipped with 12T, 14T, or 16T axles, heavy-duty tandem/tridem suspension, two-speed landing legs, 2” king pin, twin-line air brake system, 24V electrical system as per CMVR, and all required safety fitments such as SUPD, RUPD, reflectors, and parking brake. Surface preparation is done through shot blasting followed by epoxy primer and paint for long-lasting protection. Optional features such as ABS/EBS braking system, radial tyres, tubeless tyres, disc wheels, and hydraulic wet kit can also be provided as per application and customer demand.
